We are dedicated to providing the latest fitness classes that are proving to burn calories, soothe the mind, tone the body and be thoroughly enjoyable for participants.
Classes range from lively and funky like Zumba, Kangoo Jumps and Combat Fit, to the calming effects of Yoga, Pilates and Willpower & Grace.
With over 80 classes a week we'll have a class suitable for you and Reception will be happy to book you in.
