Fitness and exercise classes range from lively and funky aerobic classes such as Aero Attack, Salsa Aerobics and Pump FX to the calming effects of Yoga, Pilates and Body Dynamics. We have fitness classes with a rigorous workout like X-Biking and Box Fit Core and also dedicated exercise classes for the over 40’s and junior members.
