At the Vale Health and Racquets Club we are dedicated to providing the latest fitness classes that are proving to burn the calories, soothe the mind, tone and sculpt the body and be thoroughly enjoyable for participants.

Fitness and exercise classes range from lively and funky aerobic classes such as Zumba, Kangoo Jumps and Aero Attack, to the calming effects of Yoga, Pilates and Body Dynamics. We have fitness classes with a rigorous workout like X-Biking and Boot Camp plus dedicated exercise classes for the over 50's and junior members.
