Golf Coaching from Top PGA Professionals
Our academy and golf coaching facilities are second to none being a Ryder Cup Wales Centre of Excellence. Coaching facilities include a 16 bay, floodlit, covered driving range, three practice putting greens, short game practice area, video swing analysis and club custom fit centre.
Our Golf Coaching Academy has been designed to provide expert tuition and coaching to both those taking up the game as novices and the more experienced golfer wishing to refine and improve their
golf skills and technique.
Coaching is available from any of our team of five PGA coaching professionals including David Llewellyn, Ex-Wales National Coach and Ex-World Cup winner.
Packages and clinics are also available for
corporate clients, groups and individuals, as well as special coaching clinics for beginners, ladies and juniors – including our own Junior Academy Scheme and junior clinic school holiday programmes. Tuition from true professionals, combined with state-of-the-art computer-aided video analysis, plus first class practice facilities all ensure a better round of
golf awaits you!
Vale Golf Academy
We conduct the majority of our lessons in 30 minute sessions. These start from £25 per lesson. For any golfer looking to develop their game further, we offer the following packages:
- Masters package from £125 - Individual 6 x 30 minute coaching sessions on course or using our practice facilities.
- Club packages from £70 - Individual 3 x 30 minute sessions, on-course or using the club's practice facilities.
- Group tuition from £40pp - For a minimum of 6 persons and runs for 1 hour per week for 5 weeks
- Full and half-day clinics from £50pp - Extremely popular with groups of ladies and beginners. Clinics include coffee on arrival, light lunch, on-course coaching as well as in our club practice facilities. (minimum 6 persons)
We also offer have a junior academy here at The Vale. This is a fun and exciting new way for girls and boys to start playing golf. If you're between 6 and 16 years of age you could be part of the Academy Scheme, which is sure to give you the best possible start in the great game of golf.
- Weekly Coaching £55 per 5 week course – Group coaching for all levels of junior golfer. 5 weekly sessions following a structured plan from the hold and set up position through to the full swing, from short putting to difficult bunker shots. The Vale Coaching Manual is provided for each golfer to help aid the understanding and learning. 5 x 1 hour sessions.
