On Mother’s Day itself, The Vale Resort is offering a three course Sunday carvery lunch, designed by its award-winning chefs, and served in its Castle Suite. For £27.50* per person, guests can enjoy their meal accompanied by live music from Welsh singing sensations, LaSe. Mums will also receive an extra little gift.
