We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join the Reception team at the Vale Resort, where standards of service are paramount to maintain the Resort's excellent customer service standards. The role involves working 37.5 hours per week which includes early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
You will be required to check guests in and out, giving assistance to all guests, delegates and visitors, ensuring the highest standards are maintained and departmental service standards are reached, whilst achieving the Resort's excellent customer service standards at all times.
Applicants who possess a natural ability to interact and communicate with people are desirable.
Previous experience of a similar environment is essential.
