Whilst we were so sad to temporarily close our doors recently, it was a great opportunity to give some areas a much-needed makeover! Find out what we’ve been up to.
During lockdown a number of wonderful staff members have been busy renovating areas of the hotel, maintaining our beautiful golf courses and getting the resort ready for you to safely visit us once again.
Whilst a number of areas are still a work in progress, we want to show you what we have been up to so far.
Social Distancing
Ensuring our guests are safe is our number one priority when we open back up. We are currently trying out many different scenarios to get the best and safest solution for you.
Vale Bar
We have been cleaning and rearranging the furniture in the Vale Bar so you can relax in the knowledge that there is a safe distance between you and other hotel guests when enjoying a drink or food with us.
Morgannwg Bar
The Morgannwg Bar has been transformed from a dark and tired area to a much brighter and modern space for your next wedding or event. Gone are the dark cupboards and walls and instead we welcome lighter and more neutral tones.
Outside Areas and Golf Courses
Our greenkeepers have been busy ensuring our courses and grounds remain in good condition ready for your return. Hundreds of beautiful flowers and shrubs have been planted across the resort and our greens have never looked better!
All in the detail
The bedrooms have been a major focus of ours and each room has gone through a thorough check and any issues have been highlighted to our maintenance team, who have then been working hard to fix all snags so you can expect nothing but perfection on your return to the resort.
