A conference venue to meet all your business needs
At the Vale Hotel, Golf and Spa Resort we have more space for your business meetings and conference events. Our new Castle Suite caters for conferences of up to 700 and dinners to 420. This is in addition to our existing conference venue options, alongside first class leisure, dining and accommodation facilities on site.
Each meeting room benefits from natural daylight, is fully air-conditioned and can be adapted to your group's individual needs. For a meeting, seminar, small business lunch, overnight conference or exhibition we are able to cater for every business requirement.
Castle Suite
Hosting its own bar, this main conference room is able to accommodate up to 700 delegates. Doors open onto a large tiled terrace with tranquil views overlooking the Lake golf course. This room can also be broken down into smaller sections to host two or three events at the same time.
Boardroom
This brand new, fully air-conditioned room is located on the ground floor of the hotel overlooking our championship golf course. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, such as a built-in projector screen and flat screen TV, therefore, being ideal for VIP and board meetings and formal private dinners with a maximum capatacity of 14 guests.
Morgannwg Suite / Lounge
Located on the first floor of the hotel, this room is bright and airy with natural daylight, air conditioning and a built-in projector screen. Very popular for larger meetings with a capacity of 180(max) delegates, there is a separate area for refreshments, allowing the delegates to break away from the meeting room and relax in an informal setting.
A superb venue with fantastic views of our Lake course and a balcony with a spiral staircase leading down to our terraced area. Ideal for dinners for up to 140 people and dinner dances for up to 120 people. With a private bar directly adjacent to the Moragannwg Suite, which can be divided if necessary to give one large room (Suite) and one smaller room (Lounge).
Morgannwg Lounge
Located on the first floor of the hotel, this room is bright and airy with natural daylight and air conditioning.
Ideal for smaller meetings and private dinners with a maximum capacity of 20 delegates.
Trecastell Suite
Located on the lower ground floor of the hotel with natural daylight, air-conditioning and a built-in projector screen. This room is our largest meeting room with a maximum capacity for meetings of 280 delegates.
Ideal for private dinners with a maximum capacity of 260 people and dinner dances with a maximum capacity of 180 people.
This room has its own private entrance and bar facility, allowing you to be totally secluded if you so wish. The room can be transformed with the clever use of lighting to enhance any evening function.
Cowbridge Lounge
Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, this room - with its traditional, library-style setting - is ideal for VIP meetings and dinners. The room is, however, equally suitable for brief or less formal meetings with comfortable sofas and coffee tables. Fully air-conditioned with a built-in projector screen and flat screen TV, it can cater for up to 30 guests.
This room is ideal for wedding ceremonies with stunning views of the golf course and idyllic countryside.
Pendoylan Suite
Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, this room is bright and airy with natural daylight, air-conditioning, a built-in projector screen and blackout screens.
Ideal for meetings to a maximum capacity of 70 delegates, private dinners to a maximum of 70 and dinner dances to a maximum capacity of 50 people.
Hensol Suite
Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, this room is bright and airy with natural daylight, air-conditioning, a built-in projector screen and blackout screens. Ideal for slightly smaller meetings, with a maximum capacity of 50 delegates.
Ideal for private dinners to a maximum capacity of 50 people and dinners and dances to a maximum capacity of 30 people.
Dyffryn Suite
Located on the first floor of the hotel, with air-conditioning, natural daylight, a built-in projector screen and blackout screens. Ideal for smaller meetings and dinners with a maximum capacity of 30 delegates.
Tredodridge Suite
Located at our golf club, this room has natural daylight and is perfect for meetings to a maximum capacity of 80 delegates. With views overlooking our putting greens, the suite is an idyllic setting for a special BBQ on the terrace area or a more informal dinner. A bar is located in the main clubhouse, adjacent to the suite.
