At the Vale Resort, near Cardiff, we have more meeting space for your business meetings and conference events. Our new Castle Suite caters for meetings and conferences of up to 700 and dinners to 420. This is in addition to our existing conference venue options, alongside first class leisure, dining and accommodation facilities on site.

Each of our meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, are fully air-conditioned and can be adapted to your group's individual needs. For a meeting, seminar, small business lunch, overnight conference or exhibition we are able to cater for every business requirement.

  • Castle Suite Meeting Room
    • Our main conference room hosting its own bar,
    • Able to accommodate up to 700 delegates
    • Boasts high ceilings and large windows.
    • Doors open onto a large tiled terrace with tranquil views overlooking the Lake course.
    • Can be broken down into smaller sections to host two or three events at the same time
  • Boardroom
    • Brand new meeting room located on the ground floor
    • Overlooking our championship golf course.
    • Fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, such as a built-in projector screen and flat screen TV.
    • Ideal for VIP and board meetings and formal private dinners with a for up to 22 guests.
  • Morgannwg Suite / Lounge Meeting Room
    • Located on the first floor very popular for larger meetings with a capacity of 180(max) delegates.
    • Separate area for refreshments, allowing you to break away from the meeting room.
    • Fantastic views of our Lake course and a balcony with a spiral staircase leading down to our terraced area.
    • Ideal for dinners for up to 140 people and dinner dances for up to 120 people.
    • Private bar directly adjacent to the Moragannwg Suite.
    • Breaks down to smaller meeting room, the Morgannwg Lounge with a capacity for 20 delegates.
  • Trecastell Suite Meeting Room
    • Located on the lower ground floor of the hotel with a built-in projector screen.
    • 2nd largest meeting room with a maximum capacity for meetings of 280 delegates.
    • Maximum capacity of 260 people for private dinners, maximum 180 people dinner dances.
    • Room has own private entrance and bar facility, so you can be totally secluded.
  • Cowbridge Lounge Meeting Room
    • Situated on the ground floor of the hotel.
    • Traditional, library-style setting ideal for VIP meetings and dinners.
    • Equally suitable for brief, less formal meetings with comfortable sofas and coffee tables.
    • Ideal for wedding ceremonies with stunning views of the golf course and idyllic countryside.
  • Pendoylan Suite Meeting Room
    • Situated on the ground floor of the hotel with built-in projector and blackout screens.
    • Ideal for meetings to a maximum capacity of 70 delegates.
    • Private dinners to a maximum of 70 and dinner dances to a maximum capacity of 50 people.
  • Hensol Suite Meeting Room
      Situated on the ground floor of the hotel with built-in projector and blackout screens.
    • Ideal for slightly smaller meetings, with a maximum capacity of 50 delegates.
    • Ideal for private dinners to a maximum capacity of 50 people and dinners and dances to a maximum capacity of 30 people.
  • Dyffryn Suite Meeting Room
    • Located on the first floor of the hotel, with built-in projector and blackout screens.
    • Suitable for smaller meetings and dinners with a maximum capacity of 30 delegates.
  • Tredodridge Suite Meeting Room
    • Located at our golf club, with views overlooking the putting greens
    • Perfect for meetings to a maximum capacity of 80 delegates.
    • Suite opens out onto terrace area in and and idyllic setting for a special BBQ.
    • Bar is located in the main clubhouse, adjacent to the suite.
