HSBC Wee Wonders Junior Golf Tournament 2008

The HSBC Wee Wonders Championship is a junior golf tournament that gives children age 5 to 12yrs a way to progress from coaching competitions into competitive golf. The Vale Hotel, Golf and Spa Resort is hosting the Local Qualifier on 28th May 2008.

Founded by Alasdair Good, PGA, Head Professional at Gullane Golf Club, the HSBC Wee Wonders is a national junior golf event for the whole of Great Britain and Ireland.

The tournament gives boys and girls age 5 to 12yrs the opportunity to enjoy the challenge and fun of competitive golf in an environment where the life lessons learnt by the youngsters - honesty, integrity and fairness - are as important as the game itself.

There are three rounds at which your child will get 36 shots to get as far round the course as possible:-

• Local qualifiers - At the Vale Hotel, Golf and Spa Resort, entry fee of £8. Click here to register online.
• Regional finals - If your child wins their age category, they will be invited to play in the regional final.
• Grand final - If your child wins their age category in their regional final, they will be invited to play in the grand final at St Andrews.
