We have a number of air conditioned dance studios and are proud to offer over 50 dance and fitness classes for you to choose from.
- PILATES - Improves body awareness & posture as well as helping to strengthen the core.
- X-BIKING - Fast and fun! Make the hills, sprint the straights and use your core to control the corners. Fat burning at it's best.
- BODY DYNAMICS - Movement, balance and tone work your 3 key dynamics and feel the benefits of wellbeing.
- FITBALL - Stability and strength using the fitball to balance your inner core.
- L.B.T. - A body toning class which is simple and effective for legs, bums and tums.
- SALSA AEROBICS - Latin aerobic dance. A fun and funky fitness class.
- AEROBICS - Series of fitness routines put to music for toning and cardiovascular fitness.
- CIRCUITS - Total body workout using timed exercises to improve fitness
- DANCE FIT - Boost your confidence dancing to improve flexibility, fitness and musicality. Burn calories to Rock 'n' Roll, Jive, Latin, Pop and much, much more.
- AQUA - Fun-filled hour in the water toning & tightening that body. Make a splash with aqua.
- BODY TONE - Ladies weight loss class. Weigh-in and then feel the calories burn with a half hour circuit.
- Fit @40 - A varied workout for the over 40's targeting fitness needs for a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
- HATHA YOGA - Flowing sequence and static postures, which are woven on the thread of breath to cleanse the mind & fine the body.
- CARDIO KICK - Put the kick back into your life with this energentic workout using boxing and kick-boxing moves to raise your heart rate and get your muscles working.
- BOX FIT - Circuit class that combines fitness with boxing moves for an all over workout.
- CORE STABILITY - Strength, stamina and control boost your balance and co-ordination by finely tuning your muscles to the core.
- AERO TONE - Unique blend of aerobic and toning exercise guaranteed to make your calories and muscles burn.

You may book your class a week in advance either by phone on 01443 665800 or in person at Leisure Reception. You must arrive 5mins prior to the class commencing. If you arrive after the class commences the instructor may refuse you entry. If uable to attend you booked class please inform reception as soon as possible.
