Member Events

X-Dreams Bike Launch
On 22nd February 2010 we will be officially launching the Trixter X-Dream Bikes. Two types of state of the art fitness bikes are now available for our Members. On the day you will be able to challenge UK Pro Mounting Biking Champion, Scott Beaumont plus there will be taster classes on throughout the day. X-Dream bikes are used by champion athletes and cyclists where visual stimulation is proven to increase motivation. Half price enrolment fee on the day, only £5 per person.

Wear Red Day
Throughout February we have been raising money for the British Heart Foundation. On 26th February is National 'Wear Red' Day. On this day you can bring a friend to the Club for just £1 which will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.

News

Gym
Gym Challenge - Cycle, run or cross train 115km in just 12 visitis. It's the equivalent to traveling to the Brecon Beacons and back.
Xbikeathon is on 26th February.
Touch Rugby - is back, Sunday 5.00pm - 6.30pm up in the Indoor Arena. Men and woment of abilities welcome. Contact the Gym Desk for more information.

Juniors

Giggles & Wiggles / Monkey Music
If you have young children and looking to develop their social skills, come and join in the fun every Tuesday and Thursday. We have fun things for all ages from a soft play area for the babies to an inflatable basketball court and a bouncy castle. Tuck shop for tea/coffee and snacks available. FREE to Leisure Club members, £2 for non-members.

Ballet
Ballet classes are now available in the Leisure Club. Classes are suitable for both boys and girls for Primary Ballet up to Grade One (approx 4 - 6 years). A course fee is applicable and details are available from Reception.

Junior Squash
Available to junior leisure members aged 6 years and up, on Thursday 4.00pm - 5.00pm Covering all areas of squash from how to hold the racquet to the rules of the game. £3 per hour, book at Leisure Reception.

Simply present your membership card in the Golf Clubhouse or Vale Bar and receive 10% discount on food and beverage. Plus you can now deposit a cash amount onto your membership card and use it like a debit card. The advantage of this is that for every £100 you deposit on your card we will add an extra £5 FREE (which equates to 15% discount). Ask a member of staff for futher details.
