Full Membership - Individual or Joint
This health club membership includes use of the Gym, Various Classes, Swimming Pool, Steam Rooms, Sauna, Whirlpool bath, plus Tennis and Squash Court Hire at anytime the Health and Racquets Club is open. Joint leisure membership must be a couple with the direct debit payment being taken from one bank account.

Off peak Membership
This leisure club membership includes all the facilities listed on Individual and Joint membership and can be used Monday to Friday 6.30am – 5pm. If you are 55 or over joining off-peak you will pay half price for your joining fee.

Junior Membership (5 - 18 years )
This gym membership includes use of Junior Activities, Swimming, Junior Classes, Squash and Tennis court hire. Over 16's are able to use the Gym accompanied by an adult but would need to pay extra for a Technogym Key. We only charge a junior fee for the first two children in the family on your health club membership and under 5's have free membership.

Corporate Membership
The company you work for may have a negotiated discounted fee to have gym membership. We also offer special joining fees for health club membership for groups of five or more adults from the same Company (please ask for full details).

Additional membership benefits:
As a member of the Health and Racquets Club you will be entitled to:-

• 20% discount off treatments at The Vale Spa;
• 10% discount in The Vale Bar & Grill Mon-Thurs, on production of your membership card (cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions);
• 15% discount in La Cucina restaurant.
