The large gym features the very latest computer-aided fitness equipment. The impressive stock of 80 cardiovascular and resistance machines includes treadmills, exercise bikes, step machines, cross-trainers and rowers, as well as a selection of free weights. There are 10 televisions with music channels as well as the usual network stations to help keep the mind occupied whilst the body works out the gym.

When you join the gym you can rest assured that you will not be left to your own devices. You will receive a short assessment that will allow our fully qualified fitness consultants to understand your background then devise a tailored gym training programme to help you achieve your goals.

Regular fitness assessments and the use of the latest technology of the Technogym key system will allow us to monitor your progress and provide help and encouragement when needed.
