The Vale Hotel, Golf and Spa Resort

Working mainly within the La Cucina Restaurant at the Vale Resort, you will be actively involved in meeting and greeting guests, dealing with dining requirements and preparing food and beverage areas prior to service times.  You will need to be completely aware of all food and beverage products sold especially where special diets are required, involved in up selling where appropriate and being aware of the Resorts facilities throughout.  There maybe occasional times where you will be required to work in an alternative Food and Beverage department to cover holidays.

Applicants with previous Visual one experience will be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
