You will be required to carry out general cleaning and washing up duties. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and related areas and ensuring that the  required amount of crockery, glassware etc are provided on a daily basis and for servicing of all kitchen equipment.
