Gerard's Shirodara (25mins) £35*
Warm oils flow onto the third eye followed by a delicate head massage. Shirodara is a wellness treatment that alleviates accumulated stress, promotes deep relaxation, improves the perceptiveness of the senses and helps lift anxiety, anguish, anger and stress, concentration difficulties and insomnia.

Indian Head Massage (25mins) £35*
A superb treatment to promote a feeling of calm, balance and well being throughout the body. Individually chosen oils are used to give a deep scalp, neck and shoulder massage, focusing on acupressure points. Promotes a feeling of balance within the body and mind as well as promoting hair growth.

Reiki (55mins) £40

Vale Hot Stone Massage (70mins) £65
